Aria Florant

20/20 Bipartisan Research Institute Junior Fellow, 2017

Aria Florant recently finished a dual degree MBA/MPA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania (where she was President of the African American MBA Association and Co-Founder of Return on Equality Coalition), and the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. She will soon be joining McKinsey & Company in the Washington D.C. office. Prior to graduate school, Aria worked at a nonprofit in California where she built advocacy programs for low-income high school students of color. Additionally, Aria has worked as an advocate in the California juvenile justice system, helping college-bound incarcerated youth stay on track to attain college acceptance and graduation. Aria is driven by a deep belief in the value of all people, as well as her passion for working toward a just and equitable society for all.  Aria graduated from Stanford University with a major in Comparative Studies in Race and Ethnicity.
